Cannondale is another american company.
Here there motto is hand made. Cannondale is known as leading road bike
manufacturer, thought In the past years they have started to be recognized
as a good off road bike manufacture as well. Cannondale builds good light
bikes with good parts but aren't that cheap either, actually there rather
expensive. There bikes would best fit a strong rider or competitive rider,
not a beginner.
You can check some of cannondale's best bikes for
some of the basic specifications, for non-suspension, full suspension,
and suspended bikes. Like it click to go to there web site for more information.
If not read on for the other companies.
Ok here we come up to Ibis the worlds leader
in the most expensive bikes. They produce a slim variety of bikes but it
will meet your needs. They produce aluminum frames and titanium frames.
There bikes are custom made ( I think ) and will fit you nicely. They build
there bikes out of parts you specify and will send it to you (or bike shop)
as a kit. Still haven't ridden one of their bikes but what I hear is there
great. If you can afford it, go for it you'll be the idle of all your neiborhood.
You can check some of Ibis's best bikes for some
of the basic specifications. Like it click to go to there web site for
more information. If not read on for the other companies.
This company claims to have the most technologized bikes
on the market ( not competitive racing ) be that true or not they also
claim to have the biggest R&D facility then any other bike company
( ya that's all nice but it depends who you employ to work for you too
). Anyway if this is true or not you shouldn't realy care, but one thing
that I that is true for the company is that they got expensive bikes and
the they have the most fashionable bikes on the market ( better take a
look down here and see for yourself ).The company will give you a good
line of bikes, and there sure are a joy to ride.
You can check some of Klein's best bikes for some of the basic
specifications, for non-suspension, full suspension, and suspended bikes.
Like it click to go to there web site for more information. If not read
on for the other companies.
Kona was founded in 1988, by some retired racers and started
building custom made bikes, and a little later on they became the company
we know today. They are located at Washington and Vancouver B.C., and uses
the forest areas there to test their bikes, for every condition possible
( well I don't think they can test them for desert conditions ). Kona only
builds mountain bikes ( yea ), that way they dedicate most of their time
on them. Kona builds the most comfortable types of bike that I have ridden
and are good strong bikes and don't weigh that much.
You can check some of Kona's best bikes for some of the basic
specifications, for non-suspension, full suspension, and suspended bikes.
Like it click to go to there web site for more information. If not read
on for the other companies.
Litespeed is a company that only builds titanium bicycles, so you
should have some good biking experience before you ride their bikes, you
don't want to bang them up to badly now do you?! It's a rather new company
and has one of the best prices on titanium bikes you can possibly find,
most there models come suspended, but you can customize your bike too.
If you are interested in getting a titanium bicycle this is the place to
look for it, it's not more expensive ( well most of the time ) and sometimes
it has realy good deals.
You can check some of litespeed's best bikes for some of the
basic specifications, for non-suspension, full suspension,
and suspended bikes. Like it click to go to there web site for more
information. If not read on for the other companies.
If you suffer from back and backside pains after you finnish
your ride this company builds the bike for you. The company was founded
in 1989 by some cyclist that experienced back problems after they finished
ridding, and they decided to do something about it. They invented a new
type of a shock absorber system for the bike that is built into it's frame
( you can take a look ) and realy works. The company only has two types
of mountain bikes that only have their rear suspension, but you can optionally
add their front fork shock absorber to the bike, to make it a full suspension
luxury.
You can check some of Softride's best bikes for some of the basic
specifications (unfortunately they only have rear suspended bikes, but
you can add an optional front suspension of theirs). Like their click togo
to there web site for more information. If not read on for the other companies.
Trek is a well established company and one of the first realy big
bike manufactures. It Now owns a lot of the smaller bike companies
that it bought such as gary fisher. It makes good old american bikes that
can take a beating they offer good strong bikes (not that light but not
to heavy) and I would say there best deals are made for the beginners.
They offer a good price for your first or second type of bike, there
you get a good deal from the parts they put in, the weight ,and strength.
You can check some of trek's best bikes for some of the
basic specifications, for non-suspension, full suspension, and suspended
bikes. Like it click to go to there web site for more information, if not
read on for the other companies.
I
know what bike to get, now where do I get it and more?
So you want some accessories and stuff, good cause this is part
II of My Buyers Guide here I have the links and a little information on
some of the biggest bike outlet companies and mail order companies.
Nasbar is a leading distributor of bikes and other goodies,
such as bike glasses, bike bottles, bicycling shoes and others. Nashbar
has a couple stores but you can mainly purchase its products through it's
catalog you can subscribe and get it through its web page. Nashbar has
some unique products but if you want to get your bike you should check
it out at the store first and check in first at your local bike shop for
better prices too.
Performance one of Nasbars Arch rivals is, also a good
manufacturer of bike goods and has some unique stuff. Performance also
distributes bikes and has a wider range of variety then Nasbar. The company
also concentrates on its unique goods. Now one thing that I haven't said
about mail ordering a bike is that once you order your bike it comes in
a kit and you should have all the right tools and know how to construct
your bike. If you take it to a bike shop they will charge full price for
it which would all ready leave you with less in your wallet then what you
would of had at the bike shop, plus you would have gotten some warranty.
It has things you need to know before
buying your bike, and some cool tips when you start using it.
Sorry

this page and check in every while I guaranty to add more companies

Well I bike for the
Haifa's peddlers association, and train three times a week, on and off
road. Currently I ride a old trek 830 and am looking to buy a new
bike (that explains the buyers guide). If any of you might be looking to
sell a good old bike for a reasonable price I could be interested in buying
it (thought it has to be in good condition and fairly light). If anybody
is interested in buying my bike it looks something like this but in blue
and its a a little dirty and has some scratches too. I have also made a
little improvements on it and I maintain it's needs.
So are you interested ? Let me
know.
